Spring Break 2025

Spring Break trip with other families. Really liked the location of the unit being across the road from John’s Pass. Enjoyed watching the boats coming in and going out from the lanai. Condo was nice overall-could use new mattresses. Would stay again!

Excellent condo and location

Wonderful, updated condo close to the boardwalk with many restaurants and shopping. Being right on the beach makes for a quick trip or all day affair at the beach!

Beautiful condo with a lovely ocean view

Disappointed with the lack of amenities. No beach towels, no cooler, only 1 beach chair, no spices or stuff. No pens or pencils or papers or the like. No paper towels or hand soap. When we stayed at Maderia Norte last year, they had all that and more. Washer and dryer with the soap. Coolers galore. Beach toys and a cart to take all back and forth. A junk drawer with all kinds of little odds and ends. I also really liked dealing directly with the owner. Quick to respond to questions. The ladies that work the reception area were not very friendly-especially the one who sits on the right. The condo was lovely, the view, the pool, the beach, the location was great, just got really spoiled last year. We did not have a car, so the stuff we bought we had to leave. I am going to think that this association throws everything out that people leave behind, which is too bad. I will do more research next time. We really had a great time though and loved the food, John’s Pass, the friendliness of almost everyone! The music, the bands, the cocktails, the views, the beach, all were great!

Maderia Beach vacay

Great place to enjoy the beach and pool . Easy access to both. John's Pass is a gem of restaurants and shops. So great to just walk across the street for dinner or shopping.

Beautiful

Very nice condo & absolutely beautiful view. We enjoyed many sunsets both from the balcony and the beach that is only steps from the Condo. Lots of things to do within walking distance - our only disappointment was that all the restaurants/bars in the immediate area closed at 10:00 pm

Beautiful sunset

My family had a great time at Madeira Beach, the apartment is very spacious, clean, well equipped and has a beautiful view to the beach. It is well decorated and you can't ask for a better location.

This is the unit you hope to find on arrival to your extended beach vacation! Easy access to and from the parking lot and unit. Clean, well-managed property. Close proximity to eateries, shops, and attractions. We will be back!

FL Getaway

We decided at the last minute to take a long weekend since it has been a long Summer. We have stayed in Clearwater and St. Petes and stumbled onto Maderia Beach! We're glad we did it was awesome! We live in north FL and are actually only 8 miles to the beach but its always fun to go somewhere new! Maderia Beach: We will be back!

Great location and beautiful weather

The property was nicely maintained and offered what we needed. Loved the close proximity to the beach as well as to John’s Pass for the restaurants and shops. Easy to also drive north to Clearwater and south to St. Petersburg to check other areas out for dinners or other activities.

Amazing!

Great place, clean, super comfortable. View from the balcony is the best - you can watch dolphins, beach goers and check the availability of pool chairs all at the same time. We really recommend this place, especially this very unit.

Beautiful, clean condo on the beach

Loved the condo! It was beautifully decorated, clean and roomy for a one bedroom. Loved the ocean view every morning. We stayed for two weeks so we would have liked if we had our own washer/dryer. We will be back.

Nicely decorated beach theme but has a mold/mildew problem

The unit was nicely decorated and spacious. Great location beachfront. Unfortunately, the unit wasn't cleaned very well. The floors were dirty and turned your feet black walking on the floors. The kitchen had coffee left in the pot from the previous people in the unit. Mold or mildew was our biggest problem, found on air vent in kitchen and all over the covering of the light fixture in the kitchen. We didn't stay the full week. There is a cleaning fee renters pay. We didn't get our money's worth. Property managers need to do a better job. We stay in Madeira Beach often but we will not return to this property.
