“We loved our weeklong stay at Pepper's Cottage! The newly remodeled cottage was cute and well-stocked. We appreciated the new kitchen appliances and the convenient beach access. We'd definitely stay here again!”

Bed were comfortable and everything worked as expected.The electronic door lock was a little weird, but we got that figured out. “We love Close Enough! It’s the perfect size and location for our family! Everything you need is close by (much within walking distance) and the property is updated, yet has a touch of rustic beach feel. We enjoyed our stay for the fifth year in a row! ”

“We had a wonderful time at this home. It was clean, beautifully decorated, quiet, and close to the beach. We enjoyed watching sunrises on the beach, taking in sunsets by the sound, and checking out local sights like the Pea Island National Wildlife Reserve and Bodie Lighthouse. The beach was never crowded and the ocean temperature was so comfortable in late July. The hot tub was a lovely way to end the day. I highly recommend this property!”

“Lovely cottage with real wood interior in a great location. Everything was nice and clean. Central AC. Kitchen is well furnished with basic dishes and flatware but we did bring our mobile kitchen with a heavy frying pan, carbon knives, coffee-making, drink-mixing kit. Beds are good (bring your own sheets). Short walk to the beach, near restaurants and services. Great communication.”
