The innkeepers were very welcoming and helpful but not intrusive. The breakfasts were very good. The location is about ten minutes away from the beach at Nags Head. “This is a charming old inn in a convenient location. It doesn’t have many amenities but it was fine for the price. It was very convenient to have a code for the rooms as opposed to a key. There was coffee on site but not breakfast. We found out on our second day that we could get a voucher for breakfast at a local restaurant. I wish I had known the first morning we were there. The rooms are small but fine for 2 days. The bed wasn’t very comfortable, but we really enjoyed staying there.”
