"Great unit! Spacious and clean. We were able to have the best family mini vacay sharing tons of laughs and memories. I believe it is family owned, which is a bonus for us. We even crossed paths with the grandmother who was very kind and accommodating. The only downside was that the neighborhood looked a bit rough in the harsh light of day. However, we only encountered polite neighbors and an adorable doggo next door."

"The manager had unbelievable communication. He has his phone with him constantly and responds immediately. It's a good walking neighborhood lots of sidewalks and pleasant surroundings. The condo itself is exceptionally clean. For the price in that neighborhood it is a very good value."

As a suggestion if you enjoy cooking bring your own spices and oil. They have everything in reference to dish ware, knives, pots/pans and glasses/cups. "Everything was amazing. The house was a ten minute walk from Logan Square's Blue Line station, so very easy to get downtown. The house was exactly as shown in the listing, and the neighborhood was almost like a postcard picture. 100/10, definitely would rent again!"

We were 9 hrs from home, I had made multiple attempts to reach the host and she never responded to me. I would not trust using this place or the host. When I called VRBO, they noted she had been active on her acct. several times within the last few weeks. This is not a person she is a scammer. Best of luck to those who take the chance. "The check in process was easy. It was clean and had everything we needed. The only complaint would be there was no house number on the outside of the house. So I had to call to verify we were at the correct house because I did not want to attempt to open a door to a wrong house."

"This place was great. So much space, it was clean and super quiet area. It was close to everything we needed and our host responded within minutes of request. If you have kids tons of space with pool. We travel year round coast to coast for lacrosse tournaments using vrbo. This house by far one of the best. We will be back!"

The apartment is located in a good area with very good access to major roads, shopping, services, etc.. We really enjoyed our stay"
