But after the trouble Hotels.com gave myself and Holiday Inn Express where I stayed and had my room paid for far in advance this will likely be the last time I use hotels.com and I would advice them to have their upper management contact me after how they handled myself and the Holiday Inn Express front desk. "

"I was in Austin for a wedding. I'm from Houston and was preparing the wedding cake and grooms dessert table. I needed a hotel nearby that offered a full size refrigerator in the room that could accommodate a 4 tier completed wedding cake. I was extremely happy with our accomodations and the room had everything that I needed. I would stay here again, room was clean, desk staff was extremely pleasant during our late night check in, plenty of parking and easy access to freeways."

"Our stay was good. Breakfast was okay, not the greatest. My only concern and complaint would be the lighting in the parking lot. It was too dark, no lights at all. We had to park in front of hotel in the restaurants parking lot because it was lit up well. "
