“Central and walkable, nice amenities and clean.”

“Good place to stay, right across from park. Parking is a bit scary on steep stope of driveway. The place was clean except the floor is very dusty, since we all prefer to be barefoot at home this was a small issue where our feet got dirty quick. We rinsed and just wore shoes instead. Children can be heard at about 7am stomping and screaming but they provided earplugs so that helped too. Place was very cozy and comfortable in the dining, living room, and kitchen. Bedrooms were clean but bed was……

“Property was nice and instructions for access were clear but: - they didn't clear under the bed and it was full of dust - although there was a coffee machine and grounds, there were no filters in the apartment - the air conditioning was too strong and although I messaged the number they shared no one responded for the full week I stayed.”

“Great, modern studio. Love the big windows. Everything worked flawlessly, from the code to get into the building, to the code to get into the unit, to the TV, lighting, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, sinks, and shower. It’s stocked with everything you’d need for a comfortable stay: chef’s knives, silverware, glasses, cups, mugs, plates, bowls, pots, pans, and cooking utensils,. There’s a Keurig for those who enjoy coffee. The overhead shower head is therapeutic. All the lights are on……

“The 2 BR we stayed in for 6 days was fantastic! Beautiful floor to ceiling windows with spectacular views of the river and city skyline. A 2 min walk from Rainey St. but we never heard the loud music or had to worry about rowdy crowds. Also a 2 min walk from Lady Bird Lake with a great walking/running trail. Would highly recommend this property for both short and long term stays. ”
