“Staff and service was excellent! Very polite and accommodating, even with us checking in around 1am. Breakfast staff was incredibly sweet and attentive—kudos to the omelet chef, he was great and the food was wonderful. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast both mornings of our stay before heading to Roots Picnic & it was just what we needed to get the day started. “Great stay at Hyatt House. The room was spacious and clean. Plenty of towels and washcloths. Check-in was a breeze, staff were friendly and the free daily breakfast was pretty good. No noise at all and I stayed on the 1st floor. The best part was the location!!! Right across from King of Prussia mall so close to the highway and TONS of restaurants options. Would definitely recommend and stay here again 10/10!!”

“This was my second time staying at this location. Check in was was fast and easy-going. The staff was friendly and helpful just as my previous visit. The room was clean, comfortable and to my liking. King of Prussia mall is a minute drive. I would recommend this hotel and will be staying here again in the future. ”

“The attitude of the front desk clerk is very good. But when I asked a male manager for parking at the entrance of the hotel, his attitude was very unfriendly, and finally he didn't tell me where to park.”

“It was an interesting check-in due to computers being down, so an authorization form was required to fill out and submit via my cell phone. The process was handled well overall; however, once I was in my room a couple used their access card to enter my room. Since I had secondary latch down they physically couldn’t enter, so they knocked. Since this happened my room cards were subsequently disabled which voided my access to WiFi. I had already driven hours and worked a full ER shift, so I was……

“First stayed in a suite, which was ample space and extremely comfortable. Was a little bummed as I had to book an extra day in addition to my original two-night stay, and they couldn't allow me to stay in our original suite, but front desk folks tried to help as much as possible. Friendly, clean, convenient. Would book again!”
