“We enjoyed our stay for sure. Jarred was a great host. The air conditioning was out upon our arrival, but he got a repairman there quickly to deal with the issue and we had cool air by the time we went to bed. The location is convenient and the shuttle to the beach is a great feature. We enjoyed the pool as well. Some of the neighbors were a little rowdy, but that's completely out of host's control and changed throughout our stay. ”

“This home was beautiful. It was clean, equipped, and met our needs for a girls trip in April 2025. The walk to the beach was manageable and the pool, while crowded that time of year, was wonderful. We did not encounter any issues during our stay. ”

“This house was great for our group of 12. With bedrooms on 3 different floors it allowed us to divide up adults and kids. The house was clean and well stocked. The swimming pool was extremely clean and the kids all had a fun swimming at the end of the day. We all had a great time and would definiately recommend this for a family vacation. ”
