"We were disappointed with the breakfast. My husband ordered an egg dish, which didn’t come with any toast. My egg dish had one slice cut in half so I gave him mine. They never gave us any condiments, so had to flag down some one to get those for us. By the time we got the butter, jam and ketchup our food was cold. I just expected a bit better service in this lovely hotel. The front desk staff were very good. "
