“The room was clean, the bedding and bed were comfortable. I rated it a 4 instead of a 5 only because the surrounding area/location was very noisy and neither my daughter or I slept well. None of this was the hotel staff’s fault. We heard helicopters and motorcycles all night. But that isn’t the fault of the staff. Breakfast was also good.”

“The rooms were clean and nice. 2 days in a row at breakfast they didn’t have plates or silverware and when asked the lady was very rude about it and just said she didn’t have any and was going to get more. Then they didn’t have and juice one of the days and one of the sodas didn’t have syrup. Those were not refilled either. We also asked for suggestions on food or anything to do in town and guy up front only gave us 2 options to choose from for restaurants and nothing to do around town. Also……

“Room phone didn’t work, getting linens for our pull out couch was almost impossible, the morning of our departure (we only stayed one night) we noticed ants all over the wall by the desk and crawling on the desk, pool was ice cold, the shower head sprayed in about 80 different directions, and the people directly above us seems to be running laps in their room until about midnight. Dove amenities are nice per usual in a holiday inn, and we don’t normally expect much for the price but this was by……

“Rotating breakfast with very friendly staff. Resturant was clearly closed for a long time but was advertised as an available option. Lots nearby so wasn't a huge issue. One slow running elevator for 7 floors of guests so very long wait times at checking in/out. Rooms were decent and fairly clean. The hotel was definitely in need of some superficial updates throughout. Overall not a bad experience as it was within 15mins of everything we had planned to do and really just needed a space to sleep……

“Smelled really strong of bleach. Front automatic door is broken so it stays open all day everyday. It does get very humid in the rooms after you turn off the a/c for awhile. No landline phones in the rooms either. Overall, rooms were spacious, breakfast is served (3/10 food) and although your room doesn’t get serviced you do get fresh towels!”
