“I intended on checking in for one night. We had traveled for anEquestrian event and before we checked in, our horse fell ill and we had to return to our home. I called Expedia, with whom I booked the reservation, and asked if I could have acredit or a refund. I was willing to provide veterinary records. I was on hold for over 30 minutes. The Expedia representative was kind and helpful and kept checking in. They were placed on hold by the hotel. They were told by the front desk staff that there……

“The room is clean and having great amenities. I like the kitchenette in particular. The gym and pool are lovely. What makes this hotel outstanding is the staffs. They’re not only helpful but also friendly! Highly recommend !”

“Overall a good stay. Check in was unpleasant; though we paid in full with expedia the hotel had some internal problem with expedia and were treating us like we hadn’t paid. After 9.5 hours in the car, not getting a warm welcome was unpleasant. Outside a stain on the carpet floor and an elliptical machine that was broken, the hotel was clean and nice. Above average continental breakfast.”

“Room phone didn’t work, getting linens for our pull out couch was almost impossible, the morning of our departure (we only stayed one night) we noticed ants all over the wall by the desk and crawling on the desk, pool was ice cold, the shower head sprayed in about 80 different directions, and the people directly above us seems to be running laps in their room until about midnight. Dove amenities are nice per usual in a holiday inn, and we don’t normally expect much for the price but this was by……
