"This was a last minute stay while traveling during some bad weather. It had recently been remodeled and was quite clean and comfortable. The staff was so accommodating and kind and gave us great local recommendations. Location was also great as it was across from a good mexican restaurant and next door to a gas station/ convenience store. A simple continental breakfast made it even that much nicer! About 2 hours after we checked out I got a call from the hotel because they found I had left my expensive coat in the room. They were quick to offer to mail it home for me. I so greatly appreciate thier amazing thoughtfulness and hospitality. They went above and beyond and I would recommend staying here if you're ever in Grangerville! "

"5 starsWe had a wonderful stay at this charming hilltop home just outside of White Bird, Idaho. Perched above the lower Salmon River, the wraparound porch offers incredible views, peaceful sunsets, and a true sense of quiet seclusion—yet you're still close to all kinds of adventure.It’s just minutes from Killgore Adventure Tours and the turnoff to Pittsburgh Landing, making it an ideal base for exploring Hells Canyon. (We were lucky enough to see bears and longhorn sheep during our trip—an unforgettable experience!)The house itself is well thought out and full of character, from the fun fish inlay in the shower floor to the little bunnies hopping around the yard and the hummingbird that stopped by for a visit. Every detail felt welcoming and intentional."

"I had a really peaceful stay. The bed had the right amount of firmness. The setting is very relaxing with the river next to it and sitting areas outside. I do wish the room had a microwave. "
