“I had a wonderful stay at this fairly new but well-established hotel. From the moment I called to inquire about early check-in, the staff was honest and accommodating. They let me know up front that the digital key system was temporarily down but reassured me there would be plenty of staff on hand to assist with room entry. “Very comfortable and clean room. We stayed almost 2 weeks and had a very peaceful stay. The only thing we didn’t like was there was 2 of us and we only got one key card and you needed your key to get into the building so that was inconvenient occasionally but we managed, overall great stay!”

Only complaint was we thought we booked a balcony per the Hotels.com photos associated with the room (Suite, Multiple beds). When we arrived the front desk staff told us it was a Hotels.com issue and they did not offer a double queen suite with a balcony.
