"The room was not very clean: in the bathroom there were food crumbs on the floor, a pill on the floor by the sink, black mold in the shower grouting, and the toilet seat vinyl was crumbling apart and falling off the toilet seat. Of the three towels provided in the room, one had dirt and a scab on it. Many of the outlets in the room were loose and wouldn’t charge our devices. The outlets on all of the lamps, and some of the wall outlets all wouldn’t work (only the ones near the bathroom and on the other wall would work). The mattress and linens had stains on them. They were definitely very clean and the made was made well, but the stains gave them a dirty appearance at first. "

"Property was good value and staff were great. Only issue was the airport shuttle that wasn’t running significantly impacting my planning into my conference for 2 days, while also adding relevant cost. Nothing has been done to offset those costs."
