“We had 2 rooms. One room the TV did not work and our phone charger would not even stay plugged into the wall outlet that was so loose. The bedding had rips in it and stains. No pillowcases were provided until we asked the front desk for them. The second room had carpet with big stains and a terrible smell. There was also a spider and a lots of black dots in the tub upon arrival. The next day after staying here I noticed about 4 welps on my daughters stomach. The breakfast consisted of a 2 pack……

“Room was clean and staff was friendly. The main issue is the location: it’s quite close to downtown Colorado Springs (10-mins walk), but the surroundings are very sus… lots of weird people walking around. I felt completely fine, but my 18-yo daughter didn’t feel very safe.”

“We left after the first night because the intense marijuana smoke and what honestly appeared to be prostitutes coming and going. I don't normally mind that smell, but it was overwhelming from the first moment we entered the building. The first thing we notice when we plop our bags down on the bed is long dark human hair on the pillow. The experience just got worse from there.”

“Motel is older and dated, but rooms were clean, beds were comfy and David and his Mom were kind, pleasant and helpful. I left my own pillow and had to return to pick it up. I called David on my way to Pikes Peak. He told me to enjoy the Peak and he would get my pillow...many hours later, i pulled in the parking lot and he brought it out to me...he was watching for my return...KIND”
