“First, there are no laundry facilities. I specifically chose this place because the first sentence states it has Laundry facilities. Second, there seems to be someone with a long term stay there. I was told to not mind how that person's vehicle was parked... even though it was literally parked just outside my door. As a female traveling solo, this made me a bit uneasy. Then i was not able to unlock the door. It seemed like the deadbolt was locked. Back to the desk, I was told I'm using it wrong……

“I stayed in a suite. It did not have a couch as advertised and when I told the staff they assured me over and over there was even after I checked. The toilet would not flush and the A/C did not work. I asked to move because of the heat and they said no. I asked for more towels and they gave me two. I stated I needed more and they said no. It was a horrible experience.”
