Touch screen on delta work very poorly with delays and unresponsive screen. Needs significant improvement !!
My connection time in Paris was very short, made even shorter by a delayed departure from Copenhagen. The gate attendant gave me a seat (row 3) which allowed me to be one of the first to deplane and make my connection. I was the last person to board the plane to Pittsburgh, but I made it thanks to the personnel in Copenhagen.
The TV on board (seats A & B) was not functional for most capabilities
