My seat was pretty small, good thing I'm not over weight.
Please enforce the carry on bag limiit and size limit. I see so many people with 3 carry-ons and their bags are too big I specifically bought my carry-on to comply with the size limit and always pack light yet, when on group 9 boarding, it's a crap shoot as to if my carry-on can board with me. On my last flight I had to stow my carry-on 10 rows behind me because the people near my seat had multiple and oversized carry-ons.
Flight to Pittsburgh departed late and an additional delay due to gas added to plane but that was a good call by the pilot. :-)
As is always the case, the lack of leg room for a 6' 3" person was brutal. Despite the fact that the flight was only an hour long, I had to get up twice, otherwise my legs would have fallen totally asleep.
We were not offered anything to drink on way down to DC
Love the selection of healthy type snacks!
Thanks for a safe enjoyable trip
The short flight was extremely turbulent, but I’m grateful that the pilot warned us of a bumpy ride before take off. The flight attendants were unable to serve any food or drink, but they were very friendly.
Missed the WiFi and movies
Somewhere between Nashville and Pittsburgh, my phone was stolen from my checked bag. Original check in was hurried by the woman at the counter- she was literally grabbing papers from my hand. That caused me to drop my phone onto and then into my bag without me realizing it. When I claimed my bag in Pittsburgh, the bag was oartially opened and my phone is gone. I had to replace it at Best Buy and cancell my old plan- very expensive.
