This Inn is beautiful, perfectly located within a couple minutes of downtown, very well maintained, breakfast was wonderful, the room was super comfortable with quality linens and a very comfortable batch. Wonderful staff as well, Peter gave us some history of Pittsburgh and some ideas to make our trip back home even better! We plan on coming back to Pittsburgh and staying here again.

The stay started with our room not being ready at check in. Once we got to the room all seating areas had disturbing stains on them. We proceeded to walk through the room where for 2 people there were only enough towels and bathroom items for one. I called the front desk to get extra towels, toilet paper, and a spare blanket to place on the couch, because it was very dirty. I waited for the items to come up to the room and after an hour or more passed I decided to go to the lobby to retrieve the items myself. Later on in the stay I had to get some ice and use the microwave. The ice machine on the floor we were staying on was broken. Then there was only one microwave in the entire hotel. The microwave was very small, very dirty, and when I opened it, the smell that came out of it was so bad I lost my appetite. One evening we got back to the hotel room it smelled horrible of marijuana. Lastly every night no matter how many gnats we swatted at and killed there was always gnats in our room and it was just all around gross. I don’t know how this hotel ever got a high rating because our stay was absolutely horrendous. I would never recommend and absolutely never go back.
