Got to our room late, staff wasn’t at the desk.
We went to our room and the whole room smelled like cats and a litter box. The master had a leak from the ceiling for whatever reason and the floor at the end of the bed was soaked. Wasn’t able to get ahold of anyone about it. Spent the night and at check out told the receptionist about the issues and she just said sorry hope you coma again soon.
Beautiful room, but wasn’t great experience at all.
