Las playas excelentes, las personas en el restaurante muy atentos y serviciales, con excepción de: no te llevan suficiente agua de tomar a tu habitación bueno eso nos tocó a nosotros 3 botellas un dia si, y otro no, definitivamente eso no me gustó. Otra cosa importante, que el baño, el agua no tiene suficiente presión, eso era desesperante. La regadera trabajaba muy bien.

Room was fairly clean, the toilet could have used a deep cleaning. The staff were all AMAZING! Very courteous and helpful. The pools were all great, the ocean was amazing! Kid friendly, good atmosphere! The food was a let down. We did enjoy the t bone at LaVista, and the salad bar. I wish there were more variety at the buffet. Or switch food up for breakfast buffet. The entertainment was okay. We played Bingo, did a dance lesson, volleyball, laraoke, and it was all very enjoyable! We would recommend this resort, and we will return in the future, next time with the kids!

The resort is gorgeous and very well maintained. The beach was not as pictured and was very disappointing. The water is shallow and more like a bay than what I was expecting. Maybe that's on me for not understanding the location, but the pictures are misleading. The vegetarian food options are very okay, but the staff was always willing to work with me. The entertainment department is a bit lacking each night as well. The most fun we had was at karaoke but that was for one hour on one night. Overall amazing place and the room was great. Customer service was top notch!

Great property. Buffet restaurant was always clean and filled with great choices for every meal. The other restaurants do not require reservations, but the later you go, the longer you will wait. Servers at the beach and poolside were super attentive and awesome!
