Good location and very accommodating staff. Convenient restaurant with good food too.

Excellent staff and a great location for exploring Cape Town We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Garden Court Victoria Junction and would happily stay here again. There was a minor issue at check-in where the incorrect bed configuration had been allocated, but the reception and concierge teams resolved the matter quickly and professionally. The room was spacious, comfortable and cleaned to a high standard every day. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options that were consistently fresh and enjoyable throughout our stay. What really stood out was the service. Every member of staff we encountered was professional, friendly and genuinely helpful. Nothing seemed too much trouble and everyone went out of their way to assist whenever we needed advice or support. The location was also ideal, being only a short trip from the V&A Waterfront, Kloof Street and Cape Town CBD. A comfortable, well-run hotel with excellent staff and great value for money.

一般酒店，房间有点陈旧！

Really cool, eco-friendly facility.

飯店位置很棒 就在碼頭旁邊 要去市區的waterfront還能搭乘小船 只要50R 早餐雖然選擇較少 但還是能夠向服務人員order

This is probably the worst hotel I have stayed in over the past ten years. I booked a two-bedroom apartment. On the first day of check-in, neither of the two rooms had been cleaned. Both beds had very obvious yellow stains, and one of the beds had not even been made at all. The Wi-Fi did not work. After I contacted the staff, they said it could not be fixed until the next day when the IT team was on duty. I was told to connect to a neighbor’s Wi-Fi instead, but the signal was so weak that I could only get a connection while standing on the balcony. On the second day, the beds appeared to have been cleaned, but the pillows were left on the floor. I had to pick them up myself and put them in the cabinet. The Wi-Fi still required connecting to another room’s network ID to work, although it was slightly more stable than on the first day. On the third day, the Wi-Fi issue was finally fixed. However, all the pillows were placed back on the beds, and it was impossible to tell which ones were clean and which ones had been left on the floor. On the day one,I filed a complaint through the booking platform and requested to shorten my stay by one day. The platform replied that the hotel would contact me to discuss it. However, on the second day, I received a direct response saying there was no room for negotiation, with no apology or compensation offered. I would strongly advise future guests to think carefully before booking this hotel. Lower your expectations and do not expect service

The location is fine. Just the breakfast space is a bit limited. And the room clean daily is not that nice.
