“Cannot stress enough how UNBELIEVABLY friendly AND efficient owner Eddie is...he replied instantly to my WhatsApp after 5pm, was involved, helpful and polite and answered every question without bitterness, resentment or impatience. This is a FAR cry from what passes for "customer so-called service" in this city. But my best part was seeing him outside the venue on arrival..he was waiting for my Uber!! And he didn't flinch to help with luggage...room was perfectly acceptable with a fan(yay!),……

“Lovely staff and very friendly and helpful, they helped us get new towels new pillows sheets and we are extending out stay here, affordable right in the middle of town, easy to get to everywhere in Cape Town. They staff put our WiFi on and turned our fans on gave us the room at the end with the fridge and we loved having the fridge in our room to keep our drinks cold and snacks. Loved it here and we would come back.. thank you very much ❤️❤️”

“Front desk extremely helpful. Arrived very early so our luggage was stored then delivered to our room once the troop was ready. We liked the design of the renovation. Many of the old features were left such as the iron windows, gorgeous brass front door. The interior wood panelling has been painted white which made the place bright and contemporary looking. We found the beds a bit too soft. Would appreciate some basic toiletries. ”
