Northwest Rochester Golf Vacations

We needed to stay for a week and only stayed for one night! The rooms were horrific! They had rodent feces in the drawers. My employees got all bit up by something in the room. Everything was outdated. When I called the front desk to discuss what was happening there were no answer. We booked this room through Expedia, and they couldn't get an answer either. That is just bad business! Would not recommend! I have a case pending with Expedia with how dirty and terrible the rooms were. Do better!

We stayed in room 421, which was supposed to be a suite. Now I've stayed in plenty of Hampton Inns, but this was not a suite! There's a door to another room. But the room is creepy! It a dark, gloomy room with a couch and TV. There were 2 small refrigerators on top of each other and a microwave. The room did not flow and the smaller room was really dark and creepy. The bathroom shelves were falling, the wallpaper was puckered, the chair had very suspicious stains all over it, there was hair in the tub and the floors were sticky! The hotel itself was quiet, everyone was friendly and breakfast was fine. As someone who travels a lot, 90% of my hotel stays are with the Hampton Inn. This stay was disappointing, the cleanliness of the room wasn't there. Ohhhh!!!!! And I saw a bug. The radiator hums and no matter if you turn the air on or off there's still air coming out of it. And the door is weird. We had trouble opening it. At one point we had to go to the front desk and ask because the light was green but the door wouldn't open. The young lady came upstairs and eventually opened it. But never showed us how to open it. By the 3rd day (we was only there for 4) we figured it out. Oh, and our tub stopped up and they had to send in someone to fix it lol.

Very helpful staff and a restaurant with good options on site. Rooms were clean. My only complaint was that the frame surrounding the bottom of the bed was coming apart.
