"Had to travel out of Oxford for a baseball game because it was graduation weekend. I’ve stayed here before when it was under construction. My complaint is that I asked the clerk the evening before checkout if I could checkout at noon instead of 11. She was rude and told me I could wait in the lobby because the room had to be cleaned. Yeah. Ok. I’m sure all the rooms could be cleaned at once. "
