The hotel staff was great and the place was very clean. However, the laundry was out of order. No hot water in the shower earlier in the morning. My big complaint was from Expedia raising the rate from what the price was showing when I booked it. When I got the receipt emailed the cost of room for two nights was over $75 more than it was at checkout from the app. I used the chat feature to inquire and was told to provide a screen shot of the advertised price. Problem was that hotel was now sold out of rooms and there was no longer any listing on Expedia for the dates we had booked. Booked the room because of our home being without power for over a week due to the Ice Storm. 2 star rating because I ended up paying more then I expected, couldn’t do laundry and a cold morning shower.
