"I am a returning customer due to the great experience the last time. Unfortunately, this time around, the sheets on the bed were dirty, had hair and blood stained. There front desk clerk apologized and did all he could to make it right. He got us clean sheets and replaced the dirty sheets. "

"It was nice and clean. Furniture was a little worn. It served our purpose well since everything we needed was nearby. We chose the hotel bc it showed a pool in the ad but I fortunately it was not available. "

"Generally comfortable room. But, there wasn't dresser to unpack clothes and put in. There was a closest to hang items. Parking was an issue that they need to address. Awful, awful styrofoam and all disposable items for the breakfast. Buffet is made up of waffles (you make), bagels, bread, scrambled eggs, sausage type meat, small yogurt containers, fruit loop type cereal -- bottom line: carbs, carbs, carbs, processed items."

"This was the best reasonably priced hotel that I’ve stayed at in San Antonio. Room was clean, no bugs, no homeless people in the area, no one hanging around outside, plenty of available parking, hot water, and strong water pressure in the shower. This will be our go-to hotel every time we come to San Antonio going forward."
