Overall, Quentin Hotel and staff were amazing. Next best to a hostel. Tidy single beds were pushed together, each with an individual pillow top, you will not be upset lying down after a long day of walking. Bathroom was cleaned and with fresh towels. There was a body wash dispenser next to the water knobs that needed refilling. Floor does stay wet for some time after showering, but I hadn't any problems with standing in a puddle as others stated. It helps if you use the shower head to rinse the floor before finishing and leave the bathroom door open. Daily housekeeping. Small flat tv with local channels. Wifi in building. Get a smoking room if you want a window, they will tell you upon arrival NO SMOKING AT ALL. Common sense, keep it away from the detector or go outside. My window remained open throughout the 3 weeks because The room did get stuffy. Only issues I really had with the room were the lack of electrical outlets. I had to either disconnect the tv or charge my phone at the outlet next to the entrance. NO bedside outlet?

It was a very nice apartment and we will recommend it to others without hesitation, staff was very friendly and helpful, they had tickets for most major attractions at reception and give directions around town, rooms had a great view of Canal and very spacious living area and kitchen, over all apartment is five starts and its worth every penny for the money spent.

Only about 10 mins from station by no 13 tram, breakfast was excellent, tea and coffee free. Would happily stay there if we went to Amsterdam again. You can hear the trams outside from the room, but as we're from blackpool that didn't bother us, earplugs were supplied, but we didn't use them.

I found the hotel staff to be very helpful, the room was clean with comfortable beds, tv and a balcony. The wet room was a delight to shower in with a hot power shower; the toilet was about as cramped as you can get, but then how much of your trip do you spend in the loo. We couldn't have asked for a better location - surrounded by cafes & restaurants (I recommend Zouk at the end of the road from the hotel). Also it's a 5 minute walk to the beautiful Vondlepark, and about a ten minute walk to the town centre.

The room is small but good for value. The staff are very friendly.
