"The only complaint I have is that we asked for a late checkout and the front desk employee told us that we had to ask in the morning. The next morning when we were about to checkout he said it would be 15$ extra per hour. We were extremely confused why he wouldn’t have just told us that the night before. "It was good. The gentleman who checked me in was very kind and polite. I was charged 142.99 and I was told it was 124. Not sure where the extra twenty came from. He let me know I can get a copy of the receipt to ease my mind. What I did not like was the aggressive woman who knocked on my door at 11:22am telling me check out was at 11 and that I need to open my shades so that it indicated I was leaving. First of all, the phone is the polite way to reach out to a room guest. Banging on my door...
