I always book thru Expedia and never disappointed except this one. I paid $400-500 for a night but the amenities are like Motel. There was a musty smell entire Hotel. They need some serious renovation for the amount they are charging. They have absolutely no customer service . There isn't any working phone in the Hotel. You have to go to front to ask any questions. I would definitely stay at other Hotels near by next time.

I can’t say there was much to like. The halls were stinky and stuffy. The shower had mold in it and the room smelled moldy. The pillows were flat and sheets were stiff. Definitely not worth the $344 I paid for a one night stay. I felt like I was in a motel and couldn’t wait to check out.

I would never stay there again. They hot tub wasnt hot at all. We had for the front person to turn it up and he say no he cant. Its on 95 degree. It felt like it was 70 degree in it. It was cold. We need more rugs and towel. They said they dont have anymore. Im not use to that from no hotel. It was this big hole in the wall. I let them know so as possible. I didnt want that fall on me. That was there when I got there. All they did was cover it with this round thing. If anyone go there. I would say bring your own wash clothes and towels. They had stains, look dingy and old. They tv is so out of date. Then the room smelled like cigarettes. Im not a smoker at all. Neither was the peron I was with. Etc.... This not a place I would recommend for anyone. Especially for how much I paid for it any way. It wasnt worth the $645.00 for the weekend. Dont waste yall money

had them come and change my sheets as it looked like sheets were not changed. When I went to report, there were customers checking out due to bed bug problem. Clunks of hair was hanging from shower bar, water leaking from bottom of the toilet and garbage can overflowing with garbage when we arrived and when we was leaving.I would never stay again or recommend unless desparate. This was a $300 MOTEL!!!!!!

The drawers are not closing. One of the nightstand light is not working. The bath tub is not draining well. There is no rack for towels. In the bathroom. Other than that everything was great. The breakfast was good.

The room smelled musty and dirty. The sheets and comforter were not clean when requesting new clean bedding the front desk guy asked to see how dirty it was. Then he personally brought just the one blanket. I was at the hotel for a total of 20min max and I told him I was not comfortable staying there and asked for a refund he said he did not have the authority to do so and would have to contact the manager and it could take a could days. I left and contacted my credit card company. Not happy at all with the dirty smelly facility and the lack of service from the staff. I would compare this place to a “short stay” motel

Upon entering our room we noticed right away some red liquid in the bathtub. Asked to switch rooms, our new room had dirty towels and dirty pillows. Definitely not the cleanest hotel and you could hear every little noise out in the hall. Also housekeeping knocked on our door very early in the morning and woke us up, came back and right away opened the door without receiving a response first.
