"Staff is very nice. The hotel is overall pretty decent just not toddler friendly. Cribs listed as available but aren’t and no high chair for breakfast. The staff tried to make things right and get a crib for us or move hotels but we stayed and made it work. The bathroom could use a renovation. Hotel is located in a trucking area so if you are a light sleeper keep that in mind. "

"This is a convenient location when traveling with pets and has a large grassy lawn for walking pets. The building is very dated, the furnishings have had better days and the AC struggled. Replacements are in order. Locks have been updated to be tap locks which I appreciate. Staff were very polite and professional. Overall it needs updates but I would stay again. "

"The floor in the room was laminate wood. It was dirty. My feet were wet from wet shoes and sock because I had been out in the rain. When I got in the shower, lots of dirt came off my feet. I thought it was from wet, dirty socks. But my feet got dirty again after getting out of the shower and walking around the room. The halls had a lot of debris on the floor. the room was comfortable despite the dirty floors and shabby curtains. I slept well. Breakfast was very good. The eggs were real. Only...

"For visiting Sioux City and needing a room that was clean and the staff were great. For the price this was a great place to stay."

"I say dirty bc they are remodeling. Smells like paint. They had the faucet and tub on so the pipes wouldnt freeze. (-20 night) Breakfast was cereal, biscuits and gravy, and a make your own waffle. Coffee wasnt bad. Bed was comfy, sheet had what looked like an ash burn in a nonsmoking room."
