"When we arrived they told us we had to pay an additional $100 deposit (which they wanted to run through on a card and then later refund, if we were paying cash. I had no problem with them having the card number, but didn’t have enough on the debit card to put the hundred through. We wound up having to use my daughter’s card. Wish we had been advised of this policy ahead of time. Also, we were not able to adjust the room temperature. Was not impressed."

"It was a wonderful stay. The room was spacious and clean. The general manager took time to come talk to us and see how our stay is going during breakfast. That was very thoughtful. Everyone was friendly. "

"I would not call this a BW Plus - more like a Minus. Old, not upgraded to current expectations. Mini-fridge not working. Located right by the highway access road, with high traffic noise. Definitely would not recommend this location."

"We had to unexpectedly stay the night in Waco after a medical procedure. They got us in to their last available room. It was comfortable, cool, and safe. Just what we needed. They even graciously extended our checkout the next morning. Terrific beds, a/c, and breakfast/coffee choices. Thanks for your kindness! "

"Carpet in Room 136 was stained and dirty. The bathtub surface was covered in a strange laminate that was peeling and had holes in it. Wood door frame in the bathroom was rotting. Chrome surfaces on plumbing were rusty. Bathroom door scraped the floor, it was too big for the floor tile. Door into room was too small for the frame and had gaps around the entire door. It was not sealed. "
