"Comfortable stay"
Considering the cost of other options in Weimar, the Hedwig-Pfeiffer-Haus is a bargain. If you are looking for a 4 star hotel, look elsewhere (and pay a lot of money). But if all you need is a clean, comfortable (if a bit spartan) room, this place does quite nicely. The breakfast is fine, and my only real complaint is that it is a bit far from the city center, but still walkable.

"Good choice for short stays"
This is a pleasant, clean, bright hostel in an excellent location for sightseeing in Weimar. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are funky and cleverly decorated. Unlike most youth hostels, this one was very quiet, without a lot of loud partiers. More like a cozy hotel than a hostel. Would definitely recommend.
