"We had a brilliant post lockdown stay at Princess Paradise. It’s easily the nicest place we stayed in this budget in our month long trip. The staff are so lovely, they invited us to a staff/guest bbq on the beach which was a wonderfully Thai experience. The breakfast is really wholesome and their all day menu was really reasonable, delicious and always beautifully presented. The only downside is the beach - it’s not the best on Phangan but they’d happily recommend/sort others for you to visit. "

"The hotel was great! Easy check in, and they arranged a transfer to and from the ferry for me. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and responsive on WhatsApp. I had one meal at the restaurant and enjoyed it. The view from the pool is quite beautiful. The area is not particularly walkable as there are no shoulders on the roads, so rent a motor bike (arranged at the property), take taxis (pricy), or get ready to hike some hills in the heat (this is what I did)!"

"Your never know what your going to get when you arrive at your accommodations but this place is a gem! "Palita lodge is a lovely place to stay on Koh Phangan. We intentionally went on a waxing moon to avoid the craziness of full moon parties and it was quite peaceful.
