"We almost missed our flight that morning. The hotel staff and manager are dishonest. they booked us a taxi to the airport early in the morning but when we stepped out to look for our taxi, we noticed another hotel guest getting in. They passed on our booking to someone else for more money. Didn't care if we made it to the airport. They will do anything for extra money. Not ethical, not trustworthy. The room was never cleaned during the entire week stay and there was no heating in the room. The was not enough toilet paper or towels.
