"Clean and spacious room for family stay. Reached the hotel early and reception was helpful to get us register and help keep us informed once rooms are available for early check-in. Managed to check-in before noon which is a pleasant experience. Huge mall for shopping and food, had a great time in the shopping mall. Aside from the mall, nothing much nearby within walking distance. will have to drive further out to explore Malaysia."

"Location was near the Singapore border. It is right by a mall. Everything I needed (grocery store, restaurants) was around me. Convenient location. Property is big, clean. What would have been made the place nicer..... nicer shower gel and better internet. The internet was intermittent, non existent in some rooms. The staff were quick to respond to questions and helpful. Overall good property and would stay again if in the area. "

"Room was spacious and clean. Kids had fun in the pool. Convenient location for our needs. Only real complaint was food, or lack or it. We arrived at 2pm to be told there was no food until after 3pm. The food wasn’t great when it did arrive. "

"The room keen to refurbish. Air conditioning unable to control the temperature due to broken controller. No disposable toothbrush available in the shower room. Shower room’s water temperature is not warm enough. "
