"The floors in our room were sandy, no lifts or ramps to our room meant carrying prams and babies up stairs with no bellboy offer, no spare blankets in room, can very clearly hear noise on neighbours balcony and outside of the rooms door. All staff were awesome. Breakfast was awesome- although all baked goods were stale. Coffee purchased at breakfast was so SO good. Overall an acceptable family holiday spot and would probably return. "I have stayed at the Mantra for many years from when it opened for family holidays, weekends away, single night work trips and even staged a conference at the property one year. It's a great location however it is starting to feel a little tired. I was in a 1st floor apartment this visit and it was fine, however there was a bad smell of stale smoke. I don't know if it was a previous guest or if smoke just drifts in from other rooms/floors (I usually have the balcony door open). I will probably...

"It was a relief to find accommodation so close to the hospital. The staff obviously understand the stresses their clientele often have when visiting sick friends and relatives. the 24 hour reception desk makes it easy to come and go too. very happy to come here again."

"the only thing would have liked would have been a toaster and a few knives and forks and plates the ocean view is debatable. you can see the ocean in the distance there are buildings in front. they have a beautiful pool with a heated spa which was great. it is right in the town centre and walking distance to the water. "This place surprised me. It had 3 pools throughout the property. There was a gym and kiosk at reception. The main pool was located a reception and short walk through the complex. It was heated and quite large. There was a massive secure underground carpark which had left access to the block where your unit is located. The unit we stayed in was styled beautifully and had comfortable and good sized lounge chairs. There was a coffee pod machine which was a bonus. It’s located just across the road...
