"Very nice hotel in the mountains with a good view. The hotel was decorated very nice for Christmas. The indoor swimming pool is not open year round like I thought though and the restaurants close earlier during non-peak travel season so rely on room service if you want food late (it was good food)."

"We reserved two rooms for a family of four for 4 nights. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. The beds were very comfortable! We enjoyed the fresh room every day after a long walking tour. Breakfast is free and has lots of selection. It has a tour information desk offer online tickets booking with no extra fees. "If you want to stay in the country side with no room service, no restaurant, outdoor bathroom (which I don’t recommend in the winter) then this is the hotel for you. It is probably not the best option for tourists that are visiting Zhangjiajie as it in an isolated area. The hotel itself is clean, and the views are amazing! It was a good experience but it wasn’t what I had hoped."

"The staff was friendly and polite; however, the room was not the cleanest nor the most comfortable. The carpet was pretty stained up and the bathroom only had 1/4 a roll of toliet paper. The toliet paper, I might add, was not refilled so we were on our own for that. The restaurants and breakfast were pretty bad as well. The hotel is no more than a 2.5-3 star "
