Recommended: Hotel grounds were beautiful, and the customer service was excellent. Had two flights of outside stairwells up to our room with no elevator available. This was a little tough on my knees. Ice availability was also a floor below---again involving the stairs. Other than that, it was a beautiful resort with great customer service. Food on site was very good but pricey. See all reviews for this hotel
