The whole experience was amazing. There are so many amenities that come with your stay that it takes a few days, yes days to understand everything that is available. The staff is amazing. You can ask anyone a question about the property and they either give you the answer or know who to get you too for the answer. My favorite was the pool is open 24 hours. The night swimming was alot of fun.

The rooms were clean and the staff wonderful. Only thing was the smell in the room a little musty and i am sure it was due to the moist atmosphere but luckly I had Lysol. Bar and food was terrific if you stayed in the Club. The food was amazing whether breakfast, lunchtime/snacks and late afternoon snacks or desserts.

This place is amazing. The staff is extremely friendly and make sure you feel welcomed at all times of the day. From the moment you enter the gate until the second you leave, you feel well taken care of. Also there are many amenities available. We enjoyed kayaking and hanging out on the beach and by the pool. There are many activities at the beach included in your room purchase that make it very worth it. We were happy not leaving the resort much at all.

The Ritz was a wonderful stay. We booked the club room which I highly recommend because it makes dining so easy + open bar all day for those who care for it. You are 15mins away from a 20min ferry to St John's to explore those beautiful beaches as well. The staff was super friendly & helpful, & the property was spotless. Very nice fitness center/ pool/ and 4 restaurants on site. Highly recommend and will definitely return!

Overall we had a great relaxing vacation. The beach: very nice but some rocks we recommend wearing water shoes or go to the beach by the club side. Take a tour/ferry to St. John beaches in particular trunk bay . You won’t be sorry but bring snacks. The restaurants: we loved the Italian restaurant inside the hotel. Delicious food. I wish it was open for lunch as well. The rooms: little old need upgrades. Not sure how the club side rooms are but they look like they are better. Customer service: it is great they do their best to accommodate your needs . We had some issues with our room but they upgraded us and handle everything as expected . We definately recommend this hotel for a nice beach vacation and relaxation . Pools very clean . Take the sunset cruise it’s amazing .

We went during low season and everything was great : beautiful resort, clean rooms, nice and helpful staff. Every request was granted fast and with a smile. The only thing I recommend the hotel is to clean some mold at shower walls and bathroom floor tile. Also, repair some concrete superficial cracks and paint in the exterior corridor and around of the elevator frame close to The Club.

Everything here was excellent, including the staff, the facilities, the room, the view from the room, the food in the restaurants, the pool, the available water toys (kayak, hobbies, ) and the very attention to details that convey that sense of luxury (ie the shampoo, the towel, the soap, the amazing bedding, etc). They are trying to keep the sargassum away with a barrier and partially succeeding at keeping it under control. The beach is relatively small and facing east.
