"Beautiful and safe neighborhood. Property was immaculate. Gorgeous decor. We stayed for a festival at the Rose Bowl and ended up walking everywhere from this home base. Some fairly long but pleasant walks. Area is very pretty and quiet. Kitchen well equipped. Only thing not there was hot tub/spa/whirlpool in the listing although it wasn’t a huge deal. There is a lovely claw foot tub in the bathroom, that is more set up for showers than baths. It was lovely and I’d stay again!"

"The owners were wonderful with communication. The house was very clean and well kept up . The front of the house was beautiful with garden for privacy . They got back to us super promptly with any questions. Close to Burbank and Hollywood and only hour and half away from Disney ."

"This is an older home with a brand new kitchen. The house was fairly clean. The main bedroom was updated. The other two rooms were much older with older furniture. It would have been nice to know ahead of time of the other guest house on the property. It could be a nice for larger families."

"The Windsor Home was absolutely perfect for our Universal Studios family vacation. The kitchen was awesome. Everything you need to create memorable family breakfasts and dinners. Great location in a lovely, quiet neighborhood near Universal Studios, and the game room was a hit with the kids! Beds were so comfy. Highly recommended!"

"We loved the Skyhill Oasis and how much space it provided. The hot tub with the outside TV was a great addition. The quiet residential area was a welcome contrast to the hustle and bustle of LA and the traffic. Universal is surprisingly close by, and the Getty and Griffith Observatory just short drives. "The house is very new and beautiful inside. Check-in couldn't be easier...host met me at the door and showed me to my room, which has a lock and key. Bathroom very nice. It's a quiet place and excellent for a stay."

"Sage Cottage is in a great location. Museums, gardens, restaurants and hikes are very close. The neighborhood is very quiet. The house is clean and the management company is responsive. The two main bedrooms are good sized with K or Q beds. If you plan to use the third bedroom it is small with a twin size bed, less light than the other two and no bedside table."

"We enjoyed our stay. Everything was to our liking and the hosts provided snacks and essentials. My only complaint is that the sofa bed is firm and the living room didn’t have curtains to block out light from outdoors."

"This is a great place to stay because it’s so central to most everything you want to see in the greater LA area. Unless there’s intense traffic, it seems to be about 20 minutes to each museum, etc. Also, there’s some very nice restaurants, literally a very short walk from the apartment Cuban Russian and Japanese delicious."
