But having a car, we had parking and were centrally located to other neighborhoods of interest. Walkable to many restaurants and markets for essentials. Laurie was a great host!"

"My family booked this place for the week and we were very pleased with the location, amenities, and communication with the host. They were very supportive of our time here. And the proximity to Pasadena, Glendale, and the rest of LA is pretty good. The only thing to be aware of is street parking, as you need a permit. But overall, great place. Thank you."

"We drove down to N Hollywood from Idaho to attend a taping of a comedy show at the El Portal theater and visit relatives that live in the area. The pictures don't to the Villa justice, it definitely exceeds the pictures. It is a quaint place that is very comfortable. Located in an established neighborhood it is close to everything you could want. Great food and good entertainment."

"Everything was fine in the beginning until it rained which was when the ceiling began leaking water and puddles causing flooding from water seeping in from under the floor boards which caused a slip and fall injuring my ankle and ruining some personal items like shoes and clothing from water damage and loss of sleep and comfort and fear or safety hazards. "This space is great for family or groups, plenty of space and very clean. It is a little loud from neighbors, but not unbearable. Would suggest a coffee table and side tables for the bedrooms, but otherwise the space is very comfortable for being away from home. The property manager is very helpful and accommodating. Communicating instructions clearly and providing smooth support as needed. Really enjoyed the location as well, very comfortable walking around and easy to get anywhere in the city....

Situated in a quiet neighborhood in the Hollywood Hills with spectacular views of Hollywood and LA, we had lots of room to spread out in comfy spaces. Danny, our host was very friendly and helpful. The location was great, we were able to walk to our concert at the Hollywood Bowl. Would definitely recommend!"
