"Greeted with warm welcome by Aaron upon arrival. He & other attendants served us well during our four day stay in Granada. Lofted room was comfortable, cleaned daily and quiet at night. Loved the ambiance and location—easy walk to Alhambra, Sacramente district and Albicin. Close to plaza with shopping and restaurants. Don’t bring heavy luggage to this hotel unless you taxi from parking garage. Great stay, I’d go there again!"

"Rooms were clean and comfortable . The kettle with complimentary tea and coffee was a bonus. Breakfast had plenty of choice to suit most people. Staff were helpful, polite & pleasant The hotel is very close to the Alhambra & only a 20 min downhill walk into the city .There is a regular hop on hop off bus service or tourist train close to the hotel if you prefer not to walk. On site parking is available. Hope to return later in the year ."
