The staff were extremely hospitable and went out of their way to help us.

This is what an airport hotel should be: welcoming and helpful service, very clean and with a comfortable bed and chairs and surprisingly affordable. Also quiet. We had to leave for Ben Gurion airport at 2:00 a.m. They arranged for a clean comfortable cab to the airport to be waiting for us at that hour and the hotel PAID the fare and gratuity in full. I regarded that as above and beyond, and great appreciated it. Made having to get up at 1:00 a.m. tolerable. They also offered to pack us a breakfast to take with us. We have stayed at three Atlas Hotels recently, and they are simply excellent. Highly recommended as a chain.

From the moment we checked in until checked out, everything went great. Hotel is well maintained, comfortable bed, clean room and washroom. Staff were polite and helpful. We only stayed for a night but it was worth it.

The hotel is situated just outside Tel Aviv in Ramat Gan, taxis to Tel Aviv take 5-10 mins depending on traffic and cost around 4 pounds. The hotel looks quite basic on the outside but is well furnished on the inside, breakfast is a little strange but quite pleasing, well worth a try. Didn't use the bar or fitness room but both looked ok, staff very friendly and spoke good English, very helpful in arranging sight seeing

We enjoyed the hotel tremendously, the accommodation was like an apartment living, spacious and private. The hotel staff friendly and helpful like multiple concierges. The garage spacious and easy to access and navigate and never blocked. Every part of the white city was within walking distance including the museum, opera, concert hall, markets, boulevards, Jaffa, the highly recommended sightseeing spots such as GAN AhChashmal, HaThChanah, and so on of course some of the hiking can be ambitious for some but if seniors like us could do it almost anyone can. The place is surrounded by innumerable quality restaurants, coffee shops and bars, shopping areas for various tastes and wallets Boulevards and narrow streets and we never felt insecure no matter what time we walked around. There are a couple of post offices nearby and plenty of banks and money changers.

Really cannot say enough good things about this hotel, but what really made the difference was the staff, excellent and wonderful; Tova, Margarita, Ken, Gal and another lady that at this time cannot remember her name were always smiling, pleasing and wonderful. In the lobby/vestibule they have a great coffee machine were you can get regular coffee, expressos, cappuccinos, etc., etc. and great pastries and cookies; but best of all, in the afternoons and evenings, the always present cold bottle of champagne or lambrusco. Great hotel to stay a day or a month; during our recent trip to Israel we stayed first 3 days and after our travels in Israel another 5 days.

Convenient to train station making travels in the area easier. Hotel was formerly a Sheraton and the rooms are larger than some of the traditional Israeli hotels. Staff was very friendly and accommodating - not like other Leonardos.

I regretted leaving after three nights at the Rothschild, a boutique hotel located on the eponymous Rothschild Boulevard. Usually opting for the major large hotels, on this trip I decided to explore boutique options. Welcome - upon arriving I was offered a drink by Gilad, who contacted me a week before arrival asking if there was anything I needed. Room - decent size, a great bed, and a carafe of distilled water was refreshed every day. The bath was large. The bath/shower combo had three spigots: the tub, a waterfall shower, and a third wand whose use I could only imagine. There was a separate douche for intended use or washing socks. Public spaces - breakfasts are served in the front lobby areas flanking the operations desk, comfy with views of the street, unhurried, and they tolerated my repeated need for coffee refills- each one freshly made. As they have tables in front of the hotel adjacent to the boulevard, you could also have breakfast there, or hang out at the tables in the afternoon, which I did. You're in the middle of Rothschild Boulevard - a great multi-use public space street, and an example of what should be built on El Camino in California. Vehicles near the sidewalks flanking a wide pedestrian median that has separate paths for bicycles and pedestrians. There is a bocce ball pitch in this median across from the hotel. At intersections there are kiosks for coffee, sushi, juices.
