No way to communicate
Told to put dishes in the dishwasher but there was none. No dish soap to wash the dishes. Unable to change the fan in the living room...on or off was only option. Battery was dead on the remote. Almost every dish was chipped. There was a table lamp in the bedroom, but unplugged, and the bed was too close to the wall on the one side. Coffee table was so wobbly was afraid to move it. We left on the 10th.

Nice getaway
The property was very clean as advertised. It is located in a well kept neighborhood. As a woman traveling alone and very conscious of security, I was uncomfortable with the 4 young men outside the home directly behind the cottage. They did not say or do anything inappropriately, but the isolated area made me uncomfortable to come home after dark since I was traveling alone. Otherwise, it was a wonderful place to stay.

My girlfriend and I spent 3 nights here. It was quiet and far enough removed from the hustle and bustle to be relaxing. It was close enough to get groceries and go out to eat though.

Nice place
I was by myself (female) the first night and felt safe. It was very clean and if you needed to stay a week or more it's perfect. My only complaint is the lock system. Every Vrbo I stay in has some different mechanism. If I wasn't somewhat intuitive I would never had figured it out. A quick review would have been more comforting.

Nice quiet base of operations
Property is close to many things, and makes a great, jumping off point. The hosts are extremely responsive. I couldn’t figure out the ceiling fan, and texted, but did not see her swift reply. She showed up at my door within minutes to make sure I had figured it out! The apartment is very much as pictured, and the colors and finishes are attractive and relaxing. The bed was comfortable; some give, but with support! There are a few things that I didn’t notice, or were not obvious. While it was not an issue for us, there is no dishwasher or disposal, and the water pressure is low. The range is gas, which I am unfamiliar with, but figured out. There were a few things I wished for in the kitchen, or maintenance items that needed addressed, which I shared with the host. There is a small porch with seating and a picnic area available. It has been screened off with lattice, but I would not call it scenic. Overall it suited our needs. We have family in long term care locally and this gave us a quiet place to retreat to.

Quiet and clean!
We enjoyed our stay here. Everything was clean and exactly as shown. Close to downtown Asheville too. Only downfall was the remote for the fan (out in the living room) didnt work but overall stay was great! We would definitely stay here again.

The property was hard to find. The address takes you to the house - the vrbo is hidden in back through an alley. Once we figured out where to go, we were unloading the vehicle & heard multiple gun shots in the area. This isn't the owners fault, but it had me uneasy the entire time. There's not a lot of food options nearby. The unit was clean & tidy. Had the basic amenities & washer/dryer in unit. We decided to leave a day early because I was still pretty

Very clean and updated studio!
Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying at this studio. Updated appliances, and adorable kitchen, overall very clean as well. Washer and dryer on site was a huge plus! The location was convenient to travel to Asheville and plenty of waterfalls/hiking within 35 miles. Many thanks to the owners!

Cute Little Studio Apartment
The studio apartment was a cute little place, just perfect for a little mountain getaway for two friends. The neighborhood was really quiet and peaceful as well. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Hendersonville Stopover
We needed a place to stay over for a couple of nights before heading further south for a weekend beach vacation. Everything was done very well and the location was close to Hendersonville and many local attractions. We never even needed to head to Asheville. We would recommend this rental.

The house was very cute and clean. The house was off the beaten path and was very quite. Overall we would stay here again if ever back in Hendersonville. Although we did not see ants on the inside the outside was full of them and very noticeable on the porch. The house also had a gated area for dogs but grass did need to be cut. Instructions for the remotes was not provided and could be added.
