You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located apartment in Roswell. Separate entrance, patio, and parking space. Private, full basement apartment that features a kitchen, large family room with pull out sofa bed, bedroom with queen size bed, and full bath. Kitchen with breakfast bar, morning bar with coffee, creamer, snacks, walk-in pantry and stocked kitchen. Close to shopping, restaurants and more. Amenities include 2 parks, walking trails, swim & tennis and basketball court. Private setting with your own outdoor living space. Keyless entry. Nestled Roswell, but close to East Cobb, Woodstock, & Canton. Excellent location. Every detail has been thought of in this brand new apartment. We welcome you to enjoy all of the amenities Roswell has to offer as well as the amenities of our neighborhood. Additional bedroom for $35 per night.

Shannon’s Place is over the top!
I can’t say enough great things about Shannon’s Place! First and foremost, it was very clean, which is what I look for most because of my daughter’s mold allergy. Not only was it clean, but it was beautiful and in a very safe and nice subdivision. This place truly felt like our home away from home. The super comfortable bed and extra amenities, such as body wash, shampoo, and snacks, just to name a few, really put this place at the top of our list of best places that we’ve ever stayed at! Shannon was the BEST hostess. She was always just a text away with any questions we had. We loved Roswell. Everyone was super friendly and we had everything we needed from grocery stores and restaurants to shopping all within a few minutes drive. Don’t hesitate booking Shannon’s Place. You will be glad you did!
