"Very friendly welcome by the team. Checked out 18th April at about 9am. Guy on front desk might want to smile and look at guest as they drop their room cards, thank them for their stay and hope to see you again comment would be nice :-). The sane guy dropped my bag on the floor when I picked it up from storage. Maybe he’s just having a bad day? Spacious room. Took forever for the hot water to get to the tap - so heaps of wastage! "Our 2 bedroom apartment was nice and spacious. Well equipped and great views. Heat pump was a bonus. Excellent location close to the Auckland City hospital and not far from the Domain and Auckland Museum. Less convenient for the heart of Queen Street and the Viaduct but it is certainly a good value place to stay if you like to walk. We would definitely stay again. "

"Rooms were really nice. Good size. The lift was broken which would have been nice to have been told before arriving, although we were moved to a lower floor. The room keys didnt work when we arrived, but the staff sorted it out quickly and were amazing to deal with. The night lights in the room are quite bright and are unable to be turned off. Overall was happy with the service after a few hickups but would stay here again. "
