“Best Hotel in Auckland!”

This hotel is absolutely great and ticks all the boxes. The location is good, two streets down from the Queen street which is where most of the shops/restaurants/bars are. Brilliant to have a cooker, fridge and microwave in the room and brilliant to have someone to come in and clean them all each day! Definitely recommend.

The rooms are very comfortable. The staff courteous and efficient. The hotel is also well placed within Auckland for ease of access and within walking distance of many of the city's attractions.

“Nice hotel”

Hotel was close to Sky city bus station-1 block away. It was fairly central in the downtown area. Staff was friendly and helpful, the restaurant had decent prices and the food was good. A nice bonus was we were able to store our luggage until we had to leave at no extra charge. We stayed here when we arrived in Auckland and the night we were leaving. It was a nice hotel for such a reasonable price. Enjoyed our stay.

“Best hotel bed ever!”

This hotel was very comfortable and clean. The bed was the best bed I've slept in while traveling. The atmosphere is sterile but location is great.

This hotel has very up-to-date decor, is clean and had everything in working order. Limited Sky-TV channels, but I didn't go to NZ to watch TV. No night disturbance at all from either inside or outside the hotel. I would certainly stay there again.

Good hotel and provides sugar & milk cups& plates with spoon. Also provide small fridge, towel, and proper bed with pillows. Staff is easy to deal with and friendly. Hotel is in the heart of city and near the SKy City bus terminal, 5 minute walk from the hotel.
