"Comfy and clean place to explore Frankfurt from. Check-in was a disaster though, would not recommend if you’re arriving later in the day or there is the potential to have delayed flights. Booking though Expedia meant I didn’t receive emails that would let me check in and I had to run to a nearby cafe before they closed so I could get a keycard to enter the building. Staff were friendly on the phone but don’t book if you expect people to be around to help you check in. "

"Hello, we stayed in this property for two nights. It was advertised as a very nice location on your website, however the actual condition is different. Heating system was broken in both rooms, so it was blasting hot air. When we spoke to the staff member, they said they'd fix it same day. They couldn't so they said we would be able to change rooms for free next morning. The other room was located 100cm away from reception, meaning I could hear everything. I believe the ear plugs are for the traffic noise outside but we never needed them and actually all the busyness meant we were in an amazing location!
