Amazing property ! My first time booking an aparthotel and it was so beautiful. Had everything I needed all the essentials from free wifi to essentials in the kitchen and bedroom and a beautiful pool. Also only 5 mins walk to the beach. Great location too for getting Uber and only 10 minutes drive from the airport. I’ll definitely recommend this place to everyone!! Also a laundry downstairs I didn’t use but great to know it’s there :-)

Old not clean and very poor communication. It’s NOT a hotel but rather a small studio apartment. Management was not on site and created a huge inconvenience for us not knowing Spanish language and had to find the manager. Also no room Service or anything… don’t recommend

Terrible reception but good apartment
Apartment was nice but when we booked they didn’t mention anywhere that they dont have reception in apartment. We got email saying check out between 2pm to 6pm and we arrived at 2.30pm and found out we had to walk 20 minutes to other hotel to pick our keys and on the way back we had to book taxi to apartment coz we had luggage. Ps they didn’t have hairdryer in the bathroom and when we called reception next day for hairdryer she was so rude on the phone.

The room super comfortable, clean and excellent Wi-Fi connection. The reception area is very far from the property, we had to walk with the suitcases to the property for about 5 to 8 minutes and it is very far from the center of Barcelona.

Excellent modern apartment with well equipped kitchen. Large comfortable bed and great patio area. Very little around the property other than other residential buildings. 5 minute walk to the beach. We went out of season and had to check in at a hotel a 20 minute walk away which was not ideal. The reception at the property was not open all the time we were there.

El dúplex está muy bien. Aire acondicionado muy bien. Piscina muy bien. La cocina es MUY básica. No había menaje para 4 personas (3 cucharas, 2 cucharillas, 3 platos hondos y 2 de postre, 3 vasos). Solución desde recepción: pedírselo al personal de limpieza, que lo cogía de otro apartamento. La limpieza general bien, pero con polvo acumulado en mesillas y campana de cocina. Mi estancia tenía incluida una limpieza y cambio de toallas y ropa de cama. No se hizo, a pesar de reclamarla (falta de personal y de comunicación interna). Recibimos solamente disculpas y buenas palabras.

Estuvimos muy muy a gusto. Nos atendieron de forma muy cercana a pesar de ser unos apartamentos. Nos alojamos en un duplex que se había quedado libre, no nos hicieron pagar la diferencia. Había alguna bombilla fundida y el aire de arriba no funcionaba pero la verdad es que nos dio igual porque la cocina y el resto del apartamento estaban muy bien equipados :) Si vais recordad que no hay supermercados cerca andando pero con el bus se llega en 10 minutos
