"No refrigerator to put drinks or other cold stuff that we need the only way.of getting a cold drinks is to go downtairs to their counter and buy fair enought if there is elavator but they dont have elevator either we have to go via stairs from 3rd floor very inconvenient.... for us even kettle none to make tea or coffee "
