The pictures don't do justice!
We were pleasantly surprised to see that the cabin, house, creek, and property were even better than the pictures! Immediate replies from owner and manager. Well stocked and well labeled kitchen. Hot tub towels (that's pretty rare in our experience). A cute little welcome basket of local food items and a smores making kit. No visible neighbors. Plenty of space to spread out inside and outside. We will definitely be back!

Everything we wanted/needed
We needed a large house for a group of 11 friends for a rafting trip, and this house was perfect for us. Very clean, large, and had all the amenities we needed. The owner was very friendly and responsive. We enjoyed the hot tub, grill, fire pit, and large open kitchen/living room. It was secluded but also 10-15 minutes from hiking trails, rafting, and grocery shopping. We agreed that if we ever needed a large rental in the area again we would put this house high on the list.

Beautiful Property with everything you need!
The setting was perfect for our group! 6 teenage girls shared the cabin so they had their own space ; ) The adults had the house and it was plenty of room for all of us when the girls came up to share meals! The house had EVERYTHING we needed, from coffee to an electric skillet to make pancakes for our large group! The kitchen had all the spices, basic ingredients for baking, all the appliances and utensils you think you may need . Every bathroom has a blow dryer, nice linens and plenty of them! TP, tissue, shampoo & conditioner, body wash, hand soap.........we were all amazed at how well this home was stocked! It was clean, beds comfy and the location was peaceful and beautiful. The owner was responsive and checked in on us at arrival & departure (via text). If we were to visit the area again we would not hesitate to stay at Laurel Creek again!

House in the Woods
When pulling in to the driveway, your first impression is WOW, It feels secluded, you really aren't far from other houses....you can't see the houses from the cabin and house but you know you have neighbors, which can be reassuring! This review is for the house only as we did not use the cabin. The first thing you will notice is the sound of the creek running through the property, then the covered porch and beautiful front door. You open the door (using a keypad) and walk into a grand entrance. The living room is furnished with the most comfortable sectional couch that pulls out into a double bed. It's not a sofa bed of years gone by....it is very comfortable. You have room to sit and visit and even light the beautiful gas fireplace, there is a recliner and rocking chair, and even a little nook with a desk. Each of the bedrooms are decorated with a theme. The beds are super comfortable and the convenience of having a private bath with each bedroom is an added bonus! There is a separate bathroom for guests. The kitchen is spacious and stocked with everything you could need (other than food, lol). The master suite is amazing, you can lie in bed and just stare at the creek and I was lucky enough to look out and see a family of deer grazing on the clover!. The loft bedroom is a great place for the older kids, the stairs going up to it are easily managed. The owner has supplied fishing poles, which i did use to try my luck in the creek, and caught a few chubs. It is so relaxing to stand there to fish or just sit on one of the two decks and watch the creek flow or close your eyes and just enjoy the sound!. The owner was available through messaging and was very prompt in answer any questions you might have. If I were to come back to area, I wouldn't hesitate to rent again. Beautiful memories were made there! We had a total of 8, from 85 years young to 5 years old! Thank you April for sharing your home..

Absolutely beautiful
Had a wonderful time there was so much to do just on the property alone. Beautiful views super clean place. Loved every thing about it. The Creek, the hot tub, volleyball grill etc. We will definitely be renting this piece of paradise real soon.
